Meet Our Founder
Yohandra Solis, PhD, BCBA-D
With a Ph.D. in Teaching and years of clinical experience, Dr. Yohandra Solis understands the ABA field from both sides of the desk.
Her journey began in direct practice, serving individuals with developmental disabilities. After founding ABA of Miami, Inc. in 2012 to help children in the community, she realized that to truly make an impact, she needed to empower the professionals doing the work.
This led to the creation of ABA PLC (formerly Thalamus Professional Learning Center). Today, Dr. Solis is dedicated to providing the comprehensive support, training, and mentorship that current and future behavior analysts need to succeed.
